ハムとマッシュルームのチーズマフィン Cheese muffins with ham and mushroom

塩味のマフィンは、お弁当やアフタヌーンティーに最適です。 このレシピには、さらにキノコを追加することをお勧めしますが、子供達がお好きな野菜を追加することもできます。




 強力粉 2カップ

 ベーキングパウダー ティースプーン2杯

 スライスハム 3枚


 マッシュルーム 1/2カップ 薄切りにする


 牛乳 2/3カップ

 オリーブオイル 1/8カップ









 注:残りのマフィンを冷凍庫に保管し、必要な個数を取り出して冷蔵庫で一晩保管することができます。 お弁当に詰める前または食べる前にオーブンで5分間温めます。


These savory muffins are perfect for the lunch box or afternoon tea. In this recipe I suggest you to add mushrooms but you can add any veggies your kids will enjoy!

For around 10 cheese muffins

  • 2 cups flour 

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 3 slices of ham, diced

  • 2/3 cup grated cheese ( cheddar, gruyere or comte)

  • 1/2 cup white mushroom, sliced

  • 2 slightly whisked eggs

  • 2/3 cup milk 

  • 1/8 cup olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180`C

  2. Line the muffin cups and grease them or pour cake cases.

  3. In a non-stick pan, stir the mushroom with some vegetable oil for about 3 to 5 minutes add salt and pepper 

  4. Sift the flour and the baking powder together in the large bowl.

  5. In a separate bowl whisk together milk, eggs and olive oil.

  6. Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix until it combines well together.

  7. Add the cheese, 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of pepper mix again

  8. Pour the mixture in the individual cups

  9. Bake for about 20 minutes until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, cool on a cake rack.

Note: You can keep the leftover muffins in the freezer, to use them take out the number of pieces needed and keep overnight in the fridge. Warm 5 minutes in the oven before packing or eating.
